Are the plans locked into a contract?

Yes. Most $99 plans include a minimum 12-month agreement unless otherwise stated.

Can I cancel my plan anytime?

Plans can be cancelled with the required written notice period after the minimum agreement term has been completed.

Is GST included in the pricing?

No. All pricing is exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

Do the plans include onsite support?

Managed IT Support includes remote and limited onsite support within Darwin and Alice Springs metropolitan areas.

Are software licences included?

No. Third-party software, hosting, domain renewals, Microsoft 365 licences, advertising spend, and subscription fees are charged separately unless specified.

Does Website Maintenance include hosting?

No. Website hosting and domain renewals are not included in the Website Maintenance plan.

Can you support e-commerce or large websites?

Large websites, custom platforms, and e-commerce stores may require a separate quote after review.

Does the Newsletter Plan include email sending costs?

No. Email sending fees and email marketing platform subscription costs are not included.
